As part of our Numeracy work this week which is all about data collection (and staying with our World Cup football theme)Year 4 collated results based on how long they could keep the ball in the air! It was a challenge but I'm pleased to say everyone managed to score at least one point! Not only did they develop their physical skills but their data collection work benefitted too!

Doing bar graphs are a great way to keep in with peoples scores!

It was very hard to keep the ball up, and I think some people might agree with me, but for other it was a peace of cake! My high score was only 4!

I enjoyed doing keepy ups and making the graphs because they were really fun!

That sounds like a fun activity to help you practice bar graphs! How many 'keepy ups' did your teacher get?
